Built-in appliance fitting usually fails on two details: an aperture that does not match the appliance, and poor drainage or venting. The first damages the cabinet; the second appears weeks later as odours or leaks.
We measure the cabinet aperture against the appliance's actual documented dimensions before any cutting, never by estimate. Hoods are set at the right height above the hob with a proper duct run — a good hood on a bad duct does not work. Dishwashers need the correct drain height to prevent backflow, which is the single most common fault we correct in previous installations.
We test every appliance in front of you before leaving and check connections for leaks. To be clear: we are kitchen technicians and do not carry out electrical or gas work requiring a licensed trade — we tell you in advance if your job needs one.
